Questions

How does the 90/180 rule count?

In the Schengen area, you can usually stay up to 90 days in any 180-day period. To check a day, count back 180 days from it: you can’t have spent more than 90 of those days in the area. The European Commission explains the rule and has its own short-stay calculator.

Is my data uploaded?

No. Your trips and settings stay on your phone: there is no account and no server. If crash reports are on, the app sends what failed and details about the device, never your trips. To turn crash reports off, go to Settings › Privacy › Share crash reports. Errors stop at once, crashes and freezes from the next time the app opens.

How do I move my trips to a new phone?

Export your trips from the app, then import the file on the new phone. Your trips live only on your phone, so keep your own export as a backup.

Does the app replace official advice?

No. It helps you count the days, but it isn’t legal or immigration advice, and the rules can change. Border authorities decide.
